Pack Your Products
Safely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 7-10 business days.
